Committed to your needs

Our focus is on the ages of 50 to 64 Baby Boomers.  We feel there is a definite need to specialize in this area.  We want to be the Realtors you can count on for service.  If you are buying or selling, whether you already live in Greenville, SC and have become empty nesters or you are moving into town and want to downsize.

If you are looking for locations that have a lot of activities such as a club house, golf, pool, etc. as well as neighbors around your same age to socialize with, then we can help.

Why did we decide to make this exciting age group our niche market?  We are experienced Baby Boomers ourselves!  We feel we understand what your needs are.

BECAUSE WE ARE THE DYNAMIC DUO TEAM, YOU WILL GAIN THE KNOWLEDGE  OF ONE WHO HAS LIVED IN GREENVILLE HER ENTIRE LIFE AND THE OTHER HAS LIVED IN MANY DIFFERENT STATES.

Nan has years of experience in the home furnishings industry and has a certificate from Sheffield School of Interior Design.

Having lived in many parts of the US, Nan understands very well the process in relocating.  Packing became an art to her rather than a chore.

She also knows what is involved in meeting new people and building friendships.

Sandy was born and raised in Greenville and knows just about every nook and cranny of the city and county.

She spent about 20 years helping people save for retirement by investing into their 401k Plans.  She represented the South Carolina Deferred Compensation Program and knows the importance of planning, having access to the right tools and goal setting.

Both, Nan and Sandy have completed a designation (SRES) Senior Real Estates Specialist which proves how serious they are about serving the Empty Nesters/Baby Boomers.

All you have to do is contact us and we will do the rest.

  • Enthusiasm working for you
Helping people make one of their most important decisions is a serious responsibility, but something that I enjoy doing. This enthusiasm and hard work will benefit you and help reduce the stress and anxiety often associated with real estate transactions.
  • Established Credibility
I have many years of experience and knowledge working in this industry. I can say with confidence that I'll get the job done right.
